I’ve connected my property, but my data still is not showing up

If you’ve connected your property but still can’t see your energy usage data, there could be several reasons for this:

  1. You don’t have a smart meter: A smart meter is required to access your energy usage data. Most energy retailers offer free smart meter upgrades, which you can request directly through our app.
  2. Your smart meter was recently installed: It may take a few days for data to start coming through from newly installed meters. If your smart meter was installed over 5 business days ago and you still can’t see your data, please reach out to your energy retailer.
  3. You switched your energy retailer: When you add a property to EnergyFlex, your data is linked to your energy account. Every time you switch your energy retailer; you must connect your property again.

Keep in mind that if you have recently switched your retailer, there might be a delay in getting your data. However, if the issue continues after 5 business days, there could be an underlying problem. Please check ‘I have issues connecting my property to EnergyFlex’.
