We retrieve information about your solar system from the DER Registry, managed by AEMO. There are several reasons why your solar system might not appear in the app:
- Recently installed solar system: If your solar system was installed within the last 30 days, the data may take some time to appear. However, if the issue continues beyond this period, there could be an underlying problem.
- Your solar system has not been correctly recorded with AEMO: The most common reason why your solar system is not showing up in the app is because your solar system has not been correctly recorded in the DER Registry. This does not affect your system or your solar feed-in tariff, but it does throw off the EnergyFlex algorithm. If you reach out to your installer and let them know that the registration hasn’t gone through, they should be able to redo the paperwork. You can track the progress directly through our app.
- Your data in AEMO might be incorrect: If the installer confirms that the documentation has been submitted, the registration data might be incorrect. You’ll need to submit a request to AEMO to correct the data. When doing so, be sure to mention that the DER Registry shows no solar system listed. Please keep in mind that AEMO may take some time to resolve this issue.
